1. The Service

FeedFluffy provides an automated check-in system to alert designated contacts if a user fails to acknowledge a timer. This is a fully automated software service; there are no human-driven services, manual monitoring, or manual intervention involved in the delivery of alerts.

2. Emergency Disclaimer

FeedFluffy is a communication tool, not a guaranteed emergency service. We are not responsible for technical failures. Receiving an alert does not create a legal obligation for your contacts to respond or provide aid.

3. Payments & Reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard to stop future billing. In accordance with Paddle's policy, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. However, the right to a refund does not apply once you have accessed or used the premium digital features of FeedFluffy. Refund requests must be directed to Paddle Support.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if these terms are violated.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
