1. The Service

Feed Fluffy provides a check-in system to alert designated contacts if a user fails to acknowledge a timer. Our service is operated from Georgia.

2. Emergency Disclaimer

Feed Fluffy is a tool to assist in communication, not a guaranteed emergency service. We are not responsible for technical failures (like network outages or spam filters). Receiving an alert does not create a legal obligation for your contacts to respond or provide aid.

3. Payments & Reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller [Paddle.com](https://www.paddle.com). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard to stop future billing. Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has commenced.

5. Termination

We reserve the absolute right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, without explanation or prior notice.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
