1. Data We Collect

To operate Feed Fluffy, we store your name and email address (obtained via Google/Supabase Auth), your current subscription tier, your last check-in timestamp, chosen check-in intervals, current alarm status, and the contact emails of your designated Guardians. We never see or store your credit card information; all payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

2. Data sharing

Google API Disclosure: Feed Fluffy’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer or share your Google user data with third-party applications, except as necessary to provide our service (via our infrastructure providers Supabase and Resend and our Merchant of Record Paddle to facilitate service and payments ).

3. Unsubscribe & Suppression

If a Guardian unsubscribes from our alerts, we retain a permanent record of their email address solely to ensure they are never contacted or re-added to the system without their consent.

4. Guardian Visibility

To provide real-time safety verification, we share your Check-in Interval, your Alarm Status (Safe/Alert), and a relative timestamp of your last check-in with the specific individuals you have manually designated as your Guardians. This data is only accessible to your chosen contacts for the purpose of monitoring your safety.

5. Zero Tracking Policy

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party marketing scripts. We only use essential cookies necessary for maintaining your login session.

6. Jurisdiction

We comply with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time directly within the Settings of Feed Fluffy. For additional assistance, you can find our support contact information listed in your account settings.
